- In what languages is hisapepe.com available?
- The default language for hisapepe.com is English. However, we have translated all user pages to Swahili for those who prefer Swahili to English. When you are at home page click the Tanzanian Flag to switch to Swahili or simply Log in at http://www.hisapepe.com/pages/swahili. To switch back to English click the USA flag (we have used English US)
- I live outside Tanzania, can I join?
- Yes, we welcome all international members though there may not be as many offers as there are for Tanzania members. Before you join think about how we will pay you, the best payment method for you is ‘Advertising’ so that you use your earnings to pay for your own ads (redemption).
- What about us, your neighbors, Kenyans and Ugandans?
- Dear Neighbors Kenyans & Ugandans, we would ask you to wait until further notice, plans are underway to pay Zain/Celtel,Orange and MTN Safaricom subscribers, when ready we will make it clear to everyone in our terms. - How does it work? How can I make money reading email advertisements?
- hisapepe.com runs a very powerful, state-of-the-art and industrial standard script that monitors every account and adverts placed at hisapepe.com. It simply places banner ads and/or sends some ads to email inboxes of members. Every paid ad/email/banner/review/survey etc has a unique link behind it; this link has a value set by hisapepe.com administrators (according to payments made by advertisers/sponsors). When this link is clicked by a member, hisapepe.com script debits the advertiser’s account and credits the clicker/member’s account. This is how you earn money. And that is how hisapepe.com covers its costs.
- How many different ways are there to make money at hisapepe?
- So many ways and so many are coming. For now you can earn money by:
Reading Emails: These emails will be sent to your inbox and copy to hisapepe inbox
Paid to Click: Get paid for Clicking on ads, these ads are placed anywhere around hisapepe website
Classified Ads: Get Paid for Clicking on Classified ads, these are small or big ads found on a special page, these ads can be seen by members and non members. Only members get paid.
Paid Surveys: Get Paid for taking surveys, these can be found at hisapepe member area, when taking surveys and filling in questionnaires we ask you not to break, answer all questions and we will credit your account when done.
Paid to Signup: Get Paid to sign up for offers, websites or anything, we will give you credit for joining other programs. Owners of those programs have set money to pay new subscribers; hisapepe makes this deal for you.
Paid to Surf: Surf for Credits or Cash, each hisapepe member is allowed to use their earnings to pay for ads, in this paid to surf you view fellow members’ adverts and hisapepe pays you for this, a member/advertiser who advertises pays you
Paid to Review: Get Paid for reviewing ads or sites, for voting or rating ideas, products or topics. In some cases advertisers may want to compare their products, may want to have reviews of their works or any work they then want to see what users or prospect users feel about the product/service/site. They pay hisapepe and you get paid for your participation
Referral Center: probably the most interesting part of all, you get paid for inviting your friends. Here you refer/invite others to join and earn a percentage of their income when they earn by 'working' here. Every person that signs up under your invitation becomes your down line and so every time they earn (transactions that credit up lines) you get commission. NOTE: Please invite only the people you know, it is against the law and against out Terms of Service to send emails to people you do not know. - How many times can I change my password?
- Unlimited times! We do not advise you either, stick to one since changing it more often you increase the chances of forgetting it!
- I have Web-TV, can I join too?
- Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.
- Can I purchase products using my Hisapepe account (balance)?
- Well this is our next move, if you have money on hisapepe why not use it to buy and pay for other services or products? You deserve that! For now you are welcome to work first and get 'the money'. Impossible is nothing at hisapepe!
- Why is my mobile number required when I sign up?
- For one reason only. So that we can apply credits/airtime directly to your phone. Note that Hisapepe is not a social site, none of the details you enter on the sign up form shall be seen by other members, not even by advertisers.
- Why am I not getting my confirmation email?
- Some email providers may filter your incoming emails. Please try so go to your SPAM/BULK/JUNK MAIL folder and see if it is there. Most providers (yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc will allow you to mark as safe/mark as Not Spam. Please mark hisapepe as safe/Not Spam to ensure you receive all your emails from us.
- I just signed up - How long does it take to approve my account?
- Everything is automated so you will not have to wait. When it comes to payment however we run all the necessary checks to make sure you deserve the payment.
- I just signed up and I am not receiving any paid offers, why is this?
- This could be because you are not in Tanzania and so far no offers targeted your country or the keywords/interests you chose have not had any advertiser so far. It could be because your account is suspended/canceled; this is so if you violated our terms of service. Could also be your email provider is filtering your emails and are sent to your SPAM/BULK/JUNK MAIL folder, open the folder and see if your emails are there. Most providers (yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc) will allow you to mark as safe/mark as Not Spam. Please mark hisapepe as safe/Not Spam to ensure you receive all your emails from us.
- Is there a customer service number I can call if I encounter a problem with my Hisapepe account?

- What happens if I change my mobile number (on which I receive hisapepe payments)?
- You have the right to. Log in to your account and click the "Your Profile." link. You will be able to edit your mobile number and any of your information except your Username.
- Am I allowed to have more than one account?
- We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate IP / ISP to participate in our program..
- How can I log into my account?
- Log in at http://www.hisapepe.com for English and at http://www.hisapepe.com/pages/swahili for swahili.
- I am not able to login, why is this?
- Check your password and username, if you have forgotten your password you can request resending of your login details. You may not be able to login of you have violated our terms and your account was deleted. Sometimes if another member has logged in on the same computer the system may deny you access.
- Does my Hisapepe account expire/or is deleted after a certain period?
- Yes, we freeze inactive accounts. We want to make sure our advertisers have active customers only. All emails you have received will be deleted from your hisapepe site inbox if they are left for 31 days unattended. We do not delete mails that have gone to your email inbox (yahoo, gmail, hotmail etc)
- Why is my account de-activated?
- Because you have violated our terms of service or you have stayed so long without signing in to your account. We want active members only to make sure our advertisers’ good money goes to fruitful members.
- How can I change my personal information?
- Log in to your account and click the "Your Profile." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Username.
- How can I cancel receiving your newsletters, emails?
- Your membership in our program allows hisapepe.com to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from hisapepe.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click “Your Profile” from account Member Menu and at the bottom of the page you will find “Cancel Your Account”.
- How can I cancel my account?
- Go to your user info page (click “Your Profile” from account Member Menu) and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, and then “Cancel Account”.
- How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
- Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique ad/email/offer. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each; however we do set minimum amount you could earn from each action so that your time is worth it.
- How am I paid?
- Payments are made via the following payment processors: Airtime Credit, Z-Pesa, M-Pesa-Tz,Mobipawa and Bank Deposit. Mmembers outside Tanzania should be careful when selecting a payment method. We recommend ‘Advertising’ for non-Tanzania residents. Note also that Airtime does no have transfer charges. Those opting for Mobipawa, Z-Pesa, and M-Pesa as their payment Methods shall face transfer fees according to the payment method selected. (See Fees at mobipawa.co.tz, zpesa.co.tz and vodacom.co.tz (Hisapepe.com does NOT regulate these fees!). Paypal and other methods coming soon.
- How many times can I make withdrawals from my Hisapepe account?
- No limit to how many times you make withdrawals. However your withdrawal should make sense if you are using payment methods that charge you for that. Hisapepe.com does not control this as all you have earned is under your ownership. For airtime the minimum amount you can request and get paid is Tsh 1000/=, no maximum limit.
- Are there withdrawal charges?
- Payments are made via the following payment processors: Airtime Credit, Z-Pesa, M-Pesa-Tz, Advertising and Mobipawa. So far that Airtime credit transfer does no have transfer charges. - Can I make withdrawals from a Hisapepe at anytime?
- Yes, the service is 24 hours open. Seven Days A week!
- How do I inquire the balance for my Hisapepe account?
- Log in to your account, on the left side member menu you will see "Account Balance" link. click this and you will see your balance and Transaction history.
- When can I request payment?
- You may request payment after you have earned Tsh 1000/=. You can decide to withdraw all or some of your earnings.
- How do I access my account’s transaction history?
- Log in to your account, on the lef side member menu you will see "Transaction History" link, click this and you should be able to see your bank statement, all your account debits and credits and descriptions for each. Well, we even show you the exact time you transacted.
- How can I request payment?
- Log in to your account, on the lef side member menu you will see "Withdraw" link, click it. As soon as you reach payout .i.e. Tsh 1000/=, you will see the withdrawal button (redemption option) appear in your withdraw area, after submitting your payout request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account redemption area.
- When am I paid?
- After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within few minutes. Maximum time depends on the number of payout requests, and payment method you specified, however we do not expect our team to delay your payment for more than 24 hours.
- What Accounts Will Pay Me?

- Will hisapepe ever ask me for my password?
- Did we mention this? Hisapepe.com SHALL NEVER ask for your hisapepe account password! No. Never… It should never happen, neither via SMS, Call nor email. The only place to use your password is when you sign in or want to change your personal details. Please keep your password securely, never share passwords.
